Are you insured?
Schmidt Lawncare, Inc. maintains a general liability insurance policy as well as the necessary Workman's compensation insurance policy.
What areas do you service?
We currently have full maintenance routes in Wheaton, Winfield, Glen Ellyn, and Carol Stream. We can provide individual landscape services to most of the Chicagoland area, contact us for further details.What services can you provide?We focus on general landscape maintenance and installation.
What can I expect with your service?
Let us know what you want and we can tailor a package to meet your needs. Our packages range from simple monthly mowing which includes cutting the grass, string trimming and a final blowing of surfaces. We can also offer a more intensive package to include monthly mowing, shrub trimming 2 times per year, Spring and Fall Clean-ups, A laying a fresh layer of mulch annually. We can deliver and install anything from perennials to shrubs and trees.
What are your costs?
- Monthly mowing starts at $210.00 *Bagging is optional, $9 per can of debris removed from turf
- Labor rates $75.00 per man hour *$85 per man hour if gas powered equipment is used
- Clean-ups Spring/Fall are $95.00 per hour including debris removal. ($285.00 minimum charge)
- Bush trimming Spring/Fall are $95.00 per hour including debris removal. ($285 minimum charge)
- Mulch installation $75 per cubic yard + local delivery charge
- Weeding planting beds $75 per man hour & $9 per can of debris removed from property
- LABOR RATE EXAMPLE: 2 man crew works from 7am-9am. This is invoiced as 4 total hours.
